Artiflora is a premier design studio in Granville where contemporary European design brings style and art to its customers. During the summer, Artiflora operates a fresh flower open-air market in downtown Granville. Customers can select hand-tied bouquets in styles from five different collections, all inspired by Dutch floral design. I am Evelyn, the owner. Several years ago, I lived in the Netherlands and taught English as part of the Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program. After teaching and heading a school in Granville, Ohio, I followed my heart and returned to the Netherlands to study floral design. I now hold a certificate in International floral design from the Boerma Institute of Dutch Floral Design and returned in April, 2007, for additional training. My designs have been on display at the Columbus Museum of Art and throughout Granville's finest homes and businesses.

I take great care with flowers to ensure extended bloom. Each week, I drive to Columbus to hand-select flowers that arrive overnight at any one of four wholesalers in Columbus. The bouquets, my personal creations, are natural, unstructured and hand-tied designs that are vase ready. Texture, color and visual line combine to create beautiful bouquets using Dutch design techniques.

I also specialize in wedding bouquets and artistic table arrangements for dinner parties, receptions, showers or any occasion where fresh flowers, creatively arranged, enhance the celebration.
