Artiflora's Home in GranvilleEvelyn's Home, tooI live with my husband, Tod, our dogs, Hank and Ozzie, five spunky cats; Bob, an Alpine goat and a big white Percheron horse named Toby. Here's a quick look at the environment that, in no small measure, provides the possibilities of my creativity with flowers. |

My design spaceThe northwest room of this 1890 house is my studio and my office. In this space in my house, I live out my two dreams: to enhance the beauty of flowers and to tell the stories of people through my writing. I am very lucky. |

The biggest snow in a decadeOzzie, a Papillon, and Hank, a mixed breed, don't know what to make of the 14" of snow we experienced in mid March. It was the largest snow I can remember in many year. Columbus, the capital city about 30 miles from Granville, received 20", a record amount. |

A Trip to New YorkOver Spring Break, my daughter, Erika, and I went to New York where I stood in awe in front of the room-size "Water Lilies" by Monet at the MOMA. We also visited the flower market area in Chelsea, a little touch of the Netherlands, all on one big street. |
